How to Order

Ordering is simple and personal. Every order is handled by me, so I can help you choose the right style, size and colour before you buy.

1. Choose your piece

Browse the collections and note the name of the piece you like, for example “Amelia”. Don’t worry if you’re unsure about colour or size. That’s what I’m here for. With over 40 stock colours, and more available on request, we can find the right one together.

2. Call me or request a callback

I’m usually available [days and times].

Or use the Request a callback form on any product page, or on the Contact page. Leave your number and the best time to reach you, and I’ll ring you back, usually within [timeframe].

3. Pay securely by link

Once we’ve agreed your order, I’ll send you a secure payment link by text or email. The link comes from my card payment provider, 123 Send. Just tap it and pay by card.

I will never ask for your card details by email or text message.

4. Receive your knitwear

How your order arrives depends on whether the piece is in stock or made to order.

In stock: you pay in full and I post it to you straight away. It usually arrives within [X working days].

Made to order: some colours and sizes are made especially for you in Peru, which takes up to 12 weeks. You pay a 50% deposit when you order. When your piece arrives with me, I send you a link for the remaining balance, then post it to you.

I’ll tell you on the phone which applies to your piece, so there are no surprises.

Delivery

UK delivery is [£X / free]. For orders outside the UK, please call me.

Returns and exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, please call me within [14] days of receiving it and we’ll sort it out together. [Exchange and refund terms, including what happens to the deposit on made-to-order pieces.]

Common questions

Is paying by link safe?
Yes. The link takes you to a secure card payment page run by my payment provider. I never see or store your card details.

I’m not sure of my size.
Each product page has a size chart, but the easiest way is to call me. I’ve been helping people choose for over [35] years.

Can I see the knitwear in person?
Yes. I attend shows and events throughout the year. See my Venues page for where to find me next.

Can I order a colour I can’t see on the website?
Often, yes. Call me and I’ll tell you what’s possible.
